Our 30 Day Warranty
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We refund the price only for damaged or broken goods.
In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used/opened products (due to hygiene reasons) or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a return/refund.
Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing [insert email here] with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Kimekai is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Kimekai will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Highett.kimekai@gmail.com
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 3 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
